CSER brings together the community of systems scholars to discuss, workshop, and move forward engineering topics related to systems. CSER embraces a system definition where the humans that impact and are impacted by the system are within the system boundary. CSER 2027 will explore modern complex systems and the user, societal, organizational, physical, and process elements tied to them.
